Our current opening is a remote on-line opportunity with a flexible schedule. Client service agent (CSA) is going to be in charge of supporting BannerWest current customers and promote new customers to join us. His task is mutual and efficient communication along with beneficial cooperation. Soon we are planning to set up our fully operational US and Canada-based representative offices and our most successful and promising candidates will be offered to work there. CSA works on-line, his tools are Google services, instant messengers and web applications (CRM).

Employment Type: Full / Part Time

Office Location: USA / Canada 

BannerWest provides an interactive training course with a supervisor for each candidate. The training period is about 30 days (which is also a probation period) and it is paid! Training will be fully online based and you will be taught to deal with real clients and real situations under our full guidance.

Part-time pay: $ 1,800 USD/ $ 3,400 CAD every 30 days

Full-time pay: $ 3 400 USD/ $ 4,500 CAD every 30 days

CSA’s Qualifications:

  • Experienced in various PC applications such as Email, Word, Excel;
  • Possesses excellent customer service, phone communication, written and verbal skills;
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines;
  • Good judgment skills and ability to make decisions;
  • Team player

CSA’s Responsibilities:

  • Daily follow up and customer communication, assisting with any issues within the ongoing project;
  • Research activities (collecting information we require on a wide array of things both for us and our customers);
  • Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customers`  needs;
  • Being the main point of contact between the company and a client
  • Identify new business opportunities and ways customers can continue to derive value through the BannerWest relationship;
  • Collaborate with other BannerWest teams to ensure adoption and a successful renewal among customers;
  •  When appropriate, recommend additional BannerWest services to drive success;
  • Prepare proper paperwork for billing, and ensure proper authorization for invoicing, billing, and shipments as outlined by the SOPS (Standard Operating Processes);
  • Assist in processing customer payments.
